I’m Mindaugas — 10 years experienced software engineer who thrives in startup chaos. Through the years I’ve spent working in fast-moving teams shipping frontend features and backend services, talking product, or setting up CI/CD. I kinda love it that way.

I just left my company due to contract expiration and looking for a more challenging adventure.

Startups are where I feel most at home — not because things are perfect, but because I get to build things that matter, quickly, and with people who care. I enjoy the ownership, the uncertainty, the speed... and yeah, even the bugs at 2 AM sometimes.
