We re exploring new ways to test user flows before rolling them out and wondering how others approach this.

Do you rely more on A/B testing, user interviews, unmoderated sessions, or something else entirely? And how do you balance speed with confidence in your decisions?

Would love to hear what s worked (or not) for you -especially in early-stage products where sample size is small and feedback loops are tight.

I may be wrong, but a few years ago, job opportunities were promoted here by companies when they wanted to find someone to join their team.

This is also a question for founders or companies:

Would it make sense to onboard tech-savvy or business-oriented people from here?

We ve hit that classic spot: the feature works, but the UX still feels a bit rough around the edges. Polishing it could take days but waiting might kill momentum.

How do you draw the line between this is usable vs this needs more love before launch?
