Anyone figured out best marketing strategy for startup and how to get the the first 100-1000 signup?

I created a web app https://conferfly.com for conference rooms full featured & free but sign up rate still low i have 9-5 job and i am wondering how others like me do the marketing! Thanks

To get something, you have to give away something first for free which would be valuable for your target audience. Example: You have a product which would people usually would pay to have it but you are giving it completely free, just need to one 'sign-up' click to obtain his email id.
