Hey hunters,

Most messengers use reliable encryption, but still generate encryption keys for users. Can you trust when they say they don't know what they create?

I can't. Potential backdoors in messengers lead to serious risks for users, such as:

  • Digital footprint accumulation

  • Sensitive data leaks to malicious actors

  • Risk of advanced surveillance with AI-powered chat analysis

  • Personal messages and content can be documented and used against individuals

As everyone has a right to privacy, I believe that people should be able to create and share encryption keys on their own, the same way they share contacts. And never delegate it to messengers, but continue using them at the same time.

🚀 Meet Enigma X on Product Hunt today! 🚀

1. Create, share, and use encryption keys, without delegating it to messengers. It’s simple.

2. Easily encrypt sensitive data and media on your own. In any app or messengers. Messengers and any other unauthorised viewers will see only beautiful ciphers.

3. Mine ENIGMA tokens just by using the EnigmaX keyboard. In regular mode, the keyboard works like a normal keyboard with one difference - you get tokens for every click.

What makes Enigma X 100% private?

  • No data collection at all. Enigma X features seed phrase login (same as crypto wallets)

  • Keys are only stored locally on the device, and can be shared using QR code or asymetric encryption

  • Decentralized architecture. You encrypt using Enigma X, but actual ciphers are stored on the servers of messengers. Thus, Enigma X can’t have access to your chats and messengers, and messengers can’t have access to your keys and the content of messages. Technically.

  • AES encryption standard for messages and ECDSA (secp256k1) for remote key exchange. It’s impossible to decrypt these algorithms without knowing the correct key. The safety indicator here is the existence of cryptocurrencies. If someone learns to decrypt these algorithms without the key, the whole crypto will collapse.

With EnigmaX you can be sure that no third parties can see your chats. Ever.

Also, recent US scandal would never happen if they used Enigma X together with Signal. Guys would also earn some tokens in that case 😌

So, try Enigma X with the code above, and let me know your thoughts!

Enigma X is a brilliant solution for enhancing personal privacy! The ability to manage encryption keys independently while still using regular messengers is impressive. Excited to see how this evolves!

Jack Khrapkov

Hey Divyansh, thanks for kind words :)

Aleksei Vokuev

Big congrats on the launch! Really like the idea of giving users full control over their encryption keys, outside of traditional messengers. The keyboard-based approach to private messaging feels both practical and elegant.

Jack Khrapkov

@alxvok Thank you so much for the kind words and congratulations! We’re excited to hear that you appreciate our focus on putting encryption keys squarely in users’ hands—outside of any centralized messenger

Project looks so good. Our days it is really important to remain confidential to prevent important information from leaking out. The interface looks attractive and convenient. People really need such application.

Arianna Nova

I’ve been following this project since the beta version, and I’m really excited to see the app live! I see real potential in this system, because so much of our lives is stored in messenger chats and important documents. It’s important for me to feel confident that my personal documents, data, and messages are secure.

Nowadays, it’s very important to have a privacy in your phone!

Congratulations on the launch! I’ll be following with interest to see how Enigma X will influence the way people communicate and behave in chats.

Aleksei Vokuev

Curious — how do you handle secure key sync between the main app and the keyboard without exposing sensitive data?

Jack Khrapkov

@alxvok Great question! Right now it happens through Keychain on iOs deviced :)

💡 Bright idea

Can Enigma X be used collaboratively in group chats, or is it limited to one-on-one conversations?

Jack Khrapkov

@lakshay_gupta7 You can use keys for both 1-1 conversations and groups!

Dima

Wow, this really feels like something the world needs – especially now, when the lines of privacy are quickly fading. It's a truly valuable product, and I hope many more people get to hear about it

Jack Khrapkov

@dimamat Thank you so much for your enthusiastic support! You’re absolutely right—privacy has never been more important than it is today, and it’s precisely this growing concern that inspired us to build Enigma X.

We’ve designed Enigma X to give individuals full control over their own encryption keys, so your conversations and data remain truly private. By keeping keys on your device rather than on centralized servers, we ensure that only you—and those you choose—can ever read your messages.

Amazing product! How do users share encryption keys with each other?

Shahriar Hasan

Congrats on launching Enigma X! I really appreciate how you’re giving users full control over their encryption keys; that’s a big win for privacy. You’ve made security simple and even rewarding with the token-earning keyboard. I’m excited to try it out and see how it fits into my daily messaging!
