The "Who Even Needs This?" Monster
... Document Small Wins Start a "Hell Yeah" folder. Screenshot every positive feedback, every small win, every moment someone said "This is exactly what I needed!" Open it when doubt creeps in. It's not vanity it's evidence. 4. Remember: Every Giant Started Tiny Airbnb's founders sold cereal to stay afloat. Instagram was a check-in app called Burbn. Your "who needs this?" phase might just be the cocoon before the butterfly. 5. Not another one cold outreach script...
... every event and DM ing like crazy. Turns out, I just needed to make a small change. I started using an e-business card (by wisery.io) at meetings, conferences, and unexpected introductions, and here s what happened - people FINALLY remembered me. I received follow-ups more quickly because I made sharing easier. Curious to hear: Are you still using paper? Comment from Prashanth R(@prashanth_saptha): @stefaniya_sparysheva great that makes sense! Thanks for the brief. Comment from Stefani Sparysheva ... ... with the details you've provided (name, address, email, phone). So once you follow up with them later, they already know who it is. Comment from Prashanth R(@prashanth_saptha): We are still using papers, but how are people remembering

Would you want AI to remember your insurance policy?

But here s the big question: Do you want your AI to remember your insurance policy? That link from 2021? A contract you forgot about? Where would you personally draw the line between helpful memory and too much ? Comment from Ayush(@ideatbd): @randeep_wilkhu  Congratulations on the launch, just shared it with him! Comment ...

Which Product Hunt launches were the most memorable for you?
... your attention the most, and can you specify why? It could be a really useful product, clever copywriting, an interestingly crafted intro video, or a very good (GIF) logo. @Dory  an app switcher for people who can t remember shortcuts. @segev used colours of the Fish Dory from the movie Finding Nemo. Kind of nostalgia for me but the vision of the app and alignment with movie character ringed the bell. @Tidyread & @SurfPal  these sparked my attention ... ... especially for the use-case, tried them immediatelly and have been using them both almost year. And then, I cannot remember

Why AI Chats Fail Our Brains (And What Associative Thinking Has to Do With It).
... Ever had a long conversation with ChatGPT or Claude that spiraled into something useful, only to lose the thread halfway through? Or you have multiple conversations and you can't remember where and with what AI model you used? That s not your fault. That s the interface/s. Our brains don t think in straight lines. We jump between ideas, recall related concepts, loop back to old points. It s called associative thinking. This is how humans actually process information ... ... most AI interfaces are stuck in linear text-scroll hell: Prompt Response Scroll up Try to remember

Hailey Quach - I Revolted Against “Vibe Coding” — Until I Realized I’d Been Doing It All Along
... fully embraced vibe coding in his own projects. In fact, he bragged about vibe coding an entire iOS app in Swift (a language he hadn t used before) in about one hour ( x.com ). One hour! As someone who remembers spending days learning Python basics, I found this both unbelievable and a little humbling. According to Karpathy, it was so ez I had my hand held through the entire process. Very cool. He literally talked the app into existence by chatting ... ... Been Vibing All Along (Thanks to ChatGPT) The revelation hit me like a bug in production: I have been vibe coding, in some form, ever since ChatGPT came on the scene. And chances are, so have you. Remember

AI in your IDE (e.g. Cursor) vs AI in your terminal (Claude Code) — what’s the better flow?
... using terminal-based AI, which I have at full screen on a 14'' laptop, doesn't feel cramped to me. But I assume, based on previous uses of AI in the IDE, that would be faster. From what I remember of using those platforms, the agents never asked for permission to change something. That might've changed with newer updates; it's been a while since I tested a few. With @Warp , I have it set to always ... ... place. Comment from Dmytro Tomniuk(@dmytrotomniuk): @rajiv_ayyangar  IDE helps you with surgical precision at the line level. It perfects the mechanics of coding syntax, autocompletion, refactoring a single function freeing you from the mental load of remembering

What does the future of generative AI actually look like?
... look what AI can do! In the future, I think we ll care less about AI as a technology, and more about how it feels: Like an invisible teammate who understands your work style / a creative partner that remembers your aesthetic / an assistant that doesn t need explaining much That s why I m excited by tools that combine AI with thoughtful UX tools that don t just generate, but communicate. Not just output, but process. Curious to hear from ... ... real unlock is making AI feel less like a separate tool and more like a native part of your workflow quiet, contextual, and truly helpful. I think the next wave of gen AI products will win by: remembering

Whether you re a maker that s just starting out, looking to streamline your workflow or just want to scratch a personal itch, Raycast s ecosystem is a great place to start vibe coding and building. Remember to start small, iterate quickly, and don t be afraid to take a step back and read some documentation if your AI tools get stuck. You can always ask Dia for help. Fieldy Hands On Review: Can this AI Wearable help my ADHD brain remember tasks and save my marriage?
... easily distracted has been a tough one for me that no amount of calendar reminders, notes, stickies, post-its, and alarms can solve. So when Fieldy launched calling themselves an IRL Granola targeted for ADHD folks to help them remember, I knew I had to try it out. Note: I did Hunt Fieldy but I paid for the product myself. How do you handle fear from public speaking when pitching the product or giving a presentation?
... maybe it's worth facing this fear. How do you make sure you give a convincing speech/presentation, and how do you face the fear? Experienced advice is welcome. It could significantly increase our chances of success and help people remember us in a positive light. What’s the coolest tool/app you’ve discovered on Product Hunt?
... products launch on Product Hunt . And let s be honest most of the time we upvote without really trying them. Sometimes, though, you actually do try one and it sticks. Should AI companies pay website owners for scraping their content? (A new opportunity is emerging)
... remember once discussing that intellectual property should be abolished (a quote by Jack Dorsey). However, it seems that there is also a friendlier option that promotes more benefits for data owners: Yesterday, I read on TechCrunch that CloudFlare is coming out with a marketplace called "Pay per Crawl" that allows website owners to charge AI companies for scraping their content. What’s the one thing that kept you going when your startup almost broke you?
... falling apart. You doubted everything. What kept you going? For me, it wasn t motivation or a podcast quote. It was a single, silent look from my dad, the kind that says I see you without words. I remembered that. And I kept building. I m writing a book about the mess behind the mission, not just what worked, but what broke me. But I d love to hear your moment.
