How Wispr Flow found PMF through a pivot
... that, we weren't even a consumer software company. By January, we were seeing long posts on LinkedIn and X about how the product had changed people s lives. We also saw ~20% of our users convert to paid (vs. the usual 3 4%), and organic growth of ~90% month-over-month in January and February. On average, users were doing around 100 dictations a day and typing only 25 30% of their total input on a keyboard ... ... impact on their life than literally anything else. That was the only signal we really needed. Four Takeaways It took a lot of hard calls to get to that point. Here are the four that mattered most. #1: Pivot fast

Makers, founders, marketers... how do you make sure you're not lowering your standards?
... world is changing incredibly fast, and I feel like this is true for the tech world in many ways. Everything seems to be outdated so quickly. How do you manage to react quickly to changes and not fall short of the bar? Especially when you build products and market them. It kind of forces you to constantly work on something ... ... into product-led growth, this one s gold. Tons of insights on onboarding, activation, and retention. Why Products Need a Sustainable Business Model from Day One Now
... consumption . Whether you were making hardware (like IBM, Apple), building platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok), or even companies using these  foundational shifts  to transform traditional industries (like various SaaS companies, new energy vehicles, etc.) they all grew super fast during these  boom times . These  booms  had one thing in common:  growth was a sure thing . For example, smartphone penetration jumping from 10% to 80%, or internet bandwidth going from 56K to fiber optic ... ... only captured 1% of the  market share , it could still be  a multi-billion dollar opportunity . So, back then, a lot of companies dared to invest heavily upfront, not rushing to monetize. As long as they moved fast
