How do you find YouTube creators fast without endless cold DMs and ghosting?

@uxyemi are you dealing with large talent because I assume their teams are a bit more responsive. For micro content creators, it's a numbers game since they aren't operating as a business; they are considerably less responsive.
Also, please make sure the ask or offer is very clear, so that there's no need for continuous negotiation. Let me know if that helps.

@brandonshtein Macro and mega creators (above 250k subscribers/followers) tend to be less responsive as they get cold DMs and emails all the time and when there's a middleman involved such as an agent, manager, staff or team, communication is often slow and hardly leads to creator bonding which then makes collaboration as transactional as it gets.
Personally, micro creators are more responsive but some lack integrity and professionalism as they often have little to lose. Finding influencers and collaborating with them on a platform where accountability counts would really save the day like what we are launching soon. More transparency, speedy deals, and less ghosting, or unlike other platforms - no book-a-demo call with us to get started, because honestly serious and busy entrepreneurs or brands don't always have the time to book calls with platforms just to sign up.

@uxyemi , with mega creators, you need to go through management and it's a financial transaction initially for the most part.
You have to understand the incentives of the people in the flow - in order to pitch a equity or affiliate partnership would be much more difficult.
With Micro it's a numbers game but if your business relies on getting content creators that's been the name of the game needing to go back and forth. There's a lot of influencer platforms that allow people to take a portion of the budget - hopefully you build something that solves that problem.
