Helloo! I am Yeshaswini, I am looking for effective ways to increase reach and engagement on my company's social media handles. The profile has an 11k following on Instagram and a couple of thousands on Twitter, but there's hardly any engagement. Would love some advice. Thanks!

I guess this question goes out to anyone who uses social media professionally/personally, but where do you get inspiration for post ideas? I love the flexible and creative space I'm offered through social media and enjoy getting immediate feedback from people, but struggle with how fast paced this space can be. It can be hard to post multiple times a day while maintaining your account quality. Any advice is appreciated!

With more Substacks and newsletters out there, my friend and I realized that we're subscribed to a ton of them that we were excited to learn from, but somehow most ended up just sitting in our inboxes, unread. It's no wonder that newsletters are more popular than ever before but we would really love to rethink the reading and learning experience. What's your experience like?
