Hey everyone, I believe this is a great opportunity to share our experiences during the launch. To contribute, I'd like to quickly outline what we experienced in the first 3 hours.

The last time we went live for the PH launch was in 2023, and a lot has changed since then. Now, we can definitely say that the race is decided in the first 5 minutes! PH now boosts only the top 15 teams randomly in the first 4 hours, while the rest of the teams are stuck at the bottom. During the launch's first 5 minutes, around 12 teams started with 50 votes each, and one team kicked off with 113 votes. (Whether they used paid votes or not, we won t speculate, but it's clear that some votes were pre-prepared.) The other teams end up falling behind because they barely get listed.

This situation is creating a highly unfair competition. How can we improve this issue? If anyone has suggestions or ideas on how to address this, please feel free to contribute!
