It's a simple website focused purely on aggregating remote job listings from various sources. My aim was to create a straightforward tool specifically for those of us seeking remote work that can provide a sustainable income, ideally meeting or exceeding minimum wage standards depending on the role and location.

What FlexHired Does (and how it might help this community):

• Remote-Only Focus: It filters out non-remote jobs, saving you time sifting through irrelevant listings. It focuses on collecting roles intended to be performed remotely.

• Global Reach & Filtering: You can filter jobs by country, which is helpful for finding opportunities open to your specific location.

• Company Search: If you know of specific remote-first or remote-friendly companies, you can search for them directly and see their open remote positions.

• Direct Job Info: Provides key details about the job directly on the site to help you quickly assess if it's a good fit.
