Learnings from high-volume ordering. -Mature accounts: we started with one order a day and doubled. Certain categories (eg. cellphones) were more difficult to scale from a cold account. -IP discipline: one account, one IP. Establish a unified access point for account access. -Account health: profitability is a tracked metric and certain actions (eg. returns) incur a cost and degrade this, leading to sanctions. Looking to share knowledge with other teams programmatically ordering from retail channels.
