Yesterday was awful I couldn't finish a small task. A lot of distractions and communication with many people made it impossible for me to do my work. In the evening I had a choice: - go to sleep - try to do something I chose to sleep. Today in 10 minutes I finished the task estimated at 1 hour Rest and replenish your ability to concentrate.
