Why am I not getting featured?
Hi everyone, Me and my team launched our product today but are not getting featured, even though we have 100+ upvotes and 60+ comments. What we don't understand is how/why other products with way lower traction are getting featured instead of us. Does anybody know the rules or reasoning behind this?
Ranking doesn’t work on the Launch day. Support doesn’t respond. Any advice?
Hi Product Hunt community! We are experiencing some issues with ranking. It doesn't seem to work for our product. We have received more upvotes than other products on the May 29 list, yet our product is not included. In the "About this launch" section, the "Day rank" is shown as "-". Even searching doesn t show our product. Our natural growth is being restricted because of this problem. Regrettably, our messages and emails to support are not getting any responses. Any advice?
