If you are a founder of a startup that is already generating revenue but is not yet profitable, and are discussing to onboard three co-founders, which compensation incentives do you think would work out best: a) significant equity stake b) equity and salary after some point (e.g. break-even, or when)? c) some equity some salary or would you offer all options to the candidate and only select a candidate that chooses specific option?

I am looking for existing users of any of the above SaaS
