These days it's a trend to move towards working remotely. Many believe that businesses won't need offices in the future since it's easier and cheaper to work from home. As for me, it's a bit far stretched, and in reality, it doesn't work that well. Many companies already noticed a significant reduction in employee productivity since they switched to working from home. What do you think?

Hi! We are currently on beta and I'm looking for some beta-testers to give us feedback. Are there other entrepreneurs that would be willing to do some switches on getting feedback of their product? If you are an entrepreneur looking for mentors, sparring partners and/or board members and are willing to help other people succeed in their career/entrepreneurial path, would you have time to test my service and give us feedback. Our plan is to launch our product on Feb 2021. Currently we mainly have been having beta-users in Finland which is a very tight community and culturally might act very differently than people from other countries.

Have you ever used any agile frameworks during starting your product? Or "first the working product, then the processes" :) Please share your experience or opinion when its time to think about proper processes for product development. Maybe you have illustrative examples when processes helped from the beginning or when they were unnecessary? Looking forward for your replies. Have a productive day!
