About

🚀 Hey Product Hunt! I’m Vineel Sai Meesala I’m the founder of TestMasterHub, a slick API testing platform I built to take the headache out of API validation for devs and testers like us. After 3+ years in software dev and QA, I got fed up with tools that skimp on free features or feel clunky—so I made something better. TestMasterHub is all about being intuitive, powerful, and 100% UI-driven (yep, no scripting required!). Think: ✨ Easy API assertions & validations ✨ Collections + automated testing ✨ Proxy & environment juggling ✨ Reports that actually make sense I’m here to chat API testing, hear your pain points, and get your take—what’s the one thing you wish your testing tool could do? Drop a comment or say hi—I’d love to connect and build something awesome together! 🚀

Starting a startup in India? Here’s what I’ve learned so far (and would love your input)

Starting up in India today feels exciting but it s definitely a rollercoaster.

Whether you re building SaaS, D2C, or dev tools, there are a few initial steps that tend to repeat:

  1. Validating the problem Not just with surveys, but real conversations with people who might actually pay.

  2. Incorporation & compliance Registering with MCA, choosing between LLP vs Pvt Ltd, setting up GST if needed. (This can get messy fast.)

  3. Choosing your launch path Many start lean with a landing page, a waitlist, or just a Notion doc before writing code.

  4. Finding community Local startup groups, Discords, and forums like this one have been surprisingly helpful.

Trying to solve link-based attacks in DMs—looking for community input

Lately, I ve been seeing more suspicious links showing up in DMs especially on platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger.

Some of them are so well-disguised that even tech-savvy folks are clicking before realizing it s a trap.

Phishing attacks are evolving—and so are the platforms they're targeting.

More than two-thirds of recent phishing links were shared through popular messaging apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. Many were disguised behind shortened URLs, making them hard to spot until it s too late.

We re building something to help: a system that scans links in real time, not just against known databases, but with:

  • AI-powered pattern detection

  • Multi-source reputation scoring

  • Live dashboards for instant insights
