Starting up in India today feels exciting but it s definitely a rollercoaster.
Whether you re building SaaS, D2C, or dev tools, there are a few initial steps that tend to repeat:
Validating the problem Not just with surveys, but real conversations with people who might actually pay.
Incorporation & compliance Registering with MCA, choosing between LLP vs Pvt Ltd, setting up GST if needed. (This can get messy fast.)
