What was your 1st mistake in your startup? What would you do differently?
Product dev and startup dev is full of mistakes and learnings we can grow from. I think there is no better way than to learn from founder to founder - so what was the 1st and biggest mistake you did when starting working on your idea? For me: - Directly set up a team - Analyse VC-potential right away to not try & bootstrap too long
