What are some of the practices of great teams using Notion?

1 Using Notion as a central hub for team communication and collaboration. Teams can use Notion to share updates, ideas, and feedback in real-time, and to keep track of tasks and projects. 2 Using Notion to document and organize team processes and procedures. This can help to standardize workflows and ensure that everyone is on the same page. 3 Use Notion to track and manage team projects. Teams can use Notion to create project pages, assign tasks, and set deadlines, helping everyone to stay organized and on track. 4 Use Notion to share resources and knowledge within the team. Teams can use Notion to create a central repository of useful information, such as documents, templates, and reference materials. 5 Use Notion to track team metrics and goals. Teams can use Notion to set and track progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and other goals. the key to using Notion effectively as a team is to find a way to use it that works for your team's specific needs and workflow. If you could give only 1 advice to yourself at the beginning of your startup, what would it be?

Let me start! Advice: Start building your audience ASAP and #buildinpublic Why? By doing these, you get support, feedback, and even first customers. These are the core things for Indie and Solo entrepreneurs in the beginning!

What kind of AI-based tools are you using?

I started using Copilot from GitHub. The experience was a bit painful in the beginning, but now I feel it helps me a lot. (Copilot helps while writing code) I even use it to create Google Sheet functions as it uses GPT-3 and can do more than code. What kind of tools are you using and to what extent? I'd love to have some recommendations.
