Setting priorities before launch
Hello incredible ProductHunt community! I'm on the verge of launching the private beta for my very first self-made product, and let me tell you, the excitement is palpable. My stomach is filled with a mix of nerves and anticipation, my heart is racing, and time feels like a scarce resource. As a complete newcomer to this field, I find myself faced with the challenge of prioritizing tasks effectively. I have my landing page ready (although it could use some refinements that seem never-ending), and my app is functional with a handful of features left to ship before the beta release. While I understand the importance of focusing on distribution, I can't help but feel that every moment spent away from building my app is time wasted. It's left me feeling a bit overwhelmed and uncertain about my priorities. Do any of you seasoned professionals have any valuable advice to offer? I would greatly appreciate it!
