It doesn't have to be a customer. I want a user who is willing to try my service and tell me how good/bad it is. After I rolled out MVP, I am not getting any users. So far, I have tried Reddit and Tread posts to reach out to people. I don't want to promote here but the product is a Slack app that turns your workspace into CS Chat.

Hey everyone I ve been working on something to solve a problem I had. Constantly switching between Slack and CS tools like Zendesk or Intercom to handle customer questions. It just feels weird, why can't I communicate in one place? So I built Supporty: a simple chat widget for your website that connects to Slack. Your customers can ask questions through the widget, and you (or your team) can reply from within Slack. No more context switching. I just finished the first version, and I hope I can get the first feedback. Would love to know what you think: Does the flow make sense? Would this be useful for your team?
