Why Getting Quality Feedback is So Hard (and How We're Trying to Solve It)
After launching our app, we realized something: getting honest, actionable feedback is incredibly difficult.
The problems we encountered:
Friends are too nice to be brutally honest
Casual users rarely take time to give detailed feedback
Analytics tell you WHAT is happening, but not WHY
Traditional surveys have terrible response rates
What we learned:
what if you wake up one day and realize that you have lost all knowledge (in your niche)
then what will happen to your life/what will you do? ----- would you start to acquire knowledge again or change your niche completely? Or maybe you would get a starting position for minimal pay and gain knowledge while being hired?
