I m the one responsible for updating blogs. How can I communicate the information I need if there's something I don t fully understand with my colleague?

Someday ago, I was exploring a new product and noticed something odd, like every time I clicked a button, it played a quirky little sound. I thought, Wow, that s a fun touch! (I like it), but later it turns out that it wasn t intentional at all; it was a bug . But users loved it so much that the team decided to keep it as an official feature. (happy accident:) Have you ever encountered (or built) something like this?
