What are your thoughts on Intel Core i9's performance for gaming compared to AMD Ryzen 9?
Hey everyone, I ve been doing some research on high-end CPUs for gaming, and I m torn between intel core i9 and AMD s Ryzen 9 series. Both seem like absolute beasts, but I m curious about real-world performance, especially for gaming. From what I ve read: Intel Core i9 seems to have an edge in single-threaded performance, which is great for gaming. AMD Ryzen 9 (e.g., 7950X) offers excellent multi-threaded performance and efficiency, plus it seems better for productivity tasks like video editing. That said, gaming benchmarks sometimes show a very small difference between the two. At higher resolutions (1440p/4K), the GPU seems to matter more than the CPU. So, I wanted to ask: 1.
