What's the best way to get feedback from users during a beta launch?
If you rely on just weekly user calls, users may not remember a lot of things that they experienced in the product during that week. If you rely just on asynchronous feedback, users may not submit it I've heard there are some tools now to help with this like Canny Wanted to know what you guys have tried that's worked best?

Hey! Whats the best way to grow your users in an organic but efficient way? I thought instagram would do my platform well, but i found Linkedin surprisingly good, provided me with 10% WoW growth for two months. Im looking to get my platform some growth in an organic and smart way, any thoughts? Thanks!

What I'm building at www.faye.xyz: a Web3 customer support helpdesk How I would explain to a 5-year old: I'm building a place on the computer where you can ask questions or get help when you have a problem with something you're using on the internet. Just like when you have a question in school and you ask your teacher for help, It give you answers and fix any issues you might have while buying and selling online.
