Hey friends, Over the last couple of years, as I've grown my YouTube channel and coached other YouTubers through the Part-Time YouTuber Academy, I ve looked for ways to optimise the video creation system from scripting, to filming, to editing, to publishing, to repurposing. For most YouTubers, by far the most time-consuming part of this system is Editing. If you re new, editing is typically a major hurdle to just getting started. For experienced creators, it quickly becomes something they outsource because they don t enjoy it. But what if editing could be fun? Over the past few months, we challenged ourselves to build a tool that: - Automates the boring, repetitive tasks - Gets us to a first cut of the video quicker - Gives our editors more time for the creative stuff that really adds value And I m so excited to share with you what we ve come up with: FireCut for Adobe Premiere Pro (https://www.producthunt.com/post...). FireCut speeds up the editing process by automating stuff like silence cutting, zoom cuts, captioning, chapter detection, even podcast editing all of which normally takes many hours for every single video. We ve already received some amazing feedback (and lots of feature requests!) from our users, but we re definitely still in the early stages and would absolutely love your feedback and support!
