Drop your biggest failure and what you learned from it below-- don't worry, no judgment here :) I'll go first! My biggest failure was picking someone I deep down knew wasn't ready to work in a startup, to be my co-founder. He wasn't suited for the work hours, had other priorities, and didn't really like to code. He and I ended up parting ways which hurt our product launch a lot.
