What are your unhealthy work habits?
I used to struggle with never-ending workdays. I would tell myself, 'I'll just finish this one thing. I am more in control now, because I have changed my priorities, and the blur between work and life doesn't happen to me anymore. But it took time and effort to do so. What are your I know it's, bad but I still do it work habits?
