Looking ahead, how might these two approaches converge and evolve in product development?
Should AI Product Managers focus on general domains or vertical tracks?
From a strategic perspective, both paths can lead to success, but specializing in vertical tracks often yields more tangible results as it allows for deeper domain expertise and better understanding of specific user pain points. The vertical approach also helps in building strong relationships with industry stakeholders and creating more targeted solutions. However, maintaining awareness of general AI developments is crucial for staying innovative and spotting cross-industry opportunities.
Do you know about any business bootstrapped success stories?
Lately, I have seen many VC funded companies and somehow overlooked those that are bootstrapped. In my opinion, to have such kind of company without external funding is harder and slower, so I look up those founders more. Do you know any successful bootstrapped companies that were able to scale up their MVP in 3 months or less? Maybe to 6 or 7 numbers. I would like to have a look at those companies in the future (maybe in my newsletter or videos).
