Conviction vs skepticism: how do you balance the two as a founder/maker?
Founders/makers need to be a product's best Salesperson so you're likely drinking your own kool-aid. But you also need to have a healthy dose of skepticism so you're aware of the biggest risks in your business. How do you balance the two dynamics on a day-to-day basis?
