Most people complain that the meetings suck, but some meetings suck less than others. How do you go about measuring the quality of your meetings? Is it just a gut feeling or do you use any tools/metrics?
Burnout: The problem everyone talks about, but does nothing to solve it
Hi all, Just going to put it out there to start. I'm the CEO of Vork (https://vork.app), an AI tool to help you understand the root causes of your burnout and provides solutions to help you fix them. While building this tool, it has become quite apparent that many people know they're burning out (77% of individuals to be exact), but it seems like very little people actually do anything about it. Why do you think that is? Is it so ingrained in our culture that we just accept it or is there another reason people like you and I choose to live with burnout? Would love to hear your thoughts
