What are some user acquisition tactics that have worked for you?

My co-founder and I are getting ready to launch the next iteration of Radiant, our AI music app. It's been pretty sticky so far with users, which is great but my priority is to increase users prior to launch. Any tips?

Seeking the Ultimate Customer Help Software!

Hey ProductHunt community, I'm on the lookout for the most efficient customer help software that can redefine the way I communicate with my consumers. Here's what I'm imagining: Must-Have Features: - Unified Dashboard: I want all communications, regardless of their origin, to funnel into one external app - Seamless Integration: The software should effortlessly tie into both Android and iOS apps, and also be accessible through a webpage. - Smart FAQs: I'd love a dynamic feature that builds an FAQ section based on the responses I give to customers' inquiries. - Multilingual Support & Translation: Ideally, this software will not only respond in multiple languages but will also be able to auto-translate knowledge base articles and deliver them directly via chat to clients. Nice to Have: - AI-powered auto-responses based on past interactions. - Customizable UI to match our brand identity. - Detailed analytics and insights on customer interactions. Given these requirements, do any of you have any recommendations? I'm keen on discovering a solution that's robust, intuitive, and can scale as we grow. It is NOT a fake question to generate responses helping friend, neither I'm working on such thing. I really look for something like this for my new app - and look for honest opinions from real users (got some initial research on Hiver, used GrooveHQ few years ago - but looking for some advisory from community who know startupers life).
