Do you think Twitter will survive?
If you didn't see, last night, a lot of Twitter employees chose resignation over committing to Twitter 2.0, Musk's grand vision for a brand new Twitter. Some have started saying Twitter will last maybe a week and there are reports that the offices have been abruptly closed. Do you think Twitter can survive? Personally, I think it will, it will be buggy for a while and the World Cup is going to be wild on it, but ultimately I see it lasting.
R.I.P. the rolodex? 📇
Relationships are an invaluable, fulfilling skill. But, business cards are rare and the rolodex is an artifact. How do you organize and nurture your real, day-to-day relationships? Are Instagram and LinkedIn sufficient? Or, are today s options void of human connection? I'm 24 years old but feel like an old man asking these questions. David Rockefeller revealed his "electronic rolodex" included 150,000 people. I know plenty of accounts with 150,000 followers, but I don't know anyone like David. Am I missing something?
