What interesting project/side gig/startup are you working on right now?

As a founder yet to launch your product, are you building in public? What motivated you to do so? Also love to know your thoughts if you're thinking of building in public.

My co-founder and I have been working on AirSnap (https://www.airsnap.io) since July, I recently learned about the #buildinpublic & #openstartup movement so started trying it out here https://twitter.com/panixjason. So far I've made a few posts and haven't gained much traction, but I enjoy sharing our progress and I believe the investment will be worth it in the long run.
