Should recruiters look at CVs at all in 2022?
You might have heard of a developer that received a 90% response rate when candidating to jobs thanks to a fake CV stuffed with hot keywords (web3, React, Javascript, crypto, NFT). An impressive improvement compared to her "regular" CV that only got 2% reply rate. So, dou you think recruiters still hire according to CVs? Do you think there are any better ways to hire?
Remote Work refusal and mass resignation
800 employees resign after company asks them to work from office. I am surprised I see this kind of news. What strikes me: - crowds of people sure to find a job immediately? (not all of them are developers or data scientists, by the way) - the company so inflexible they'd rather lose that many people without replacement. Have you ever witnessed mass resignations? What were the reasons?
