Looking for a product capable of managing rate limits of my app's requests to a 3rd party API
Does anyone know any plug and play solution (Open source or SaaS) that would allow managing rate of outgiong requests to 3rd party API. For example the rate limit is 10 requests/second and my app needs to make 1000 non-critical batch requests few times a day, plus 100 critical requests sporadically throughout a day - the solution needs to be able to prioritize them and queue accrodignly to the limits
