Learning to code as a Product person
As a product leader, it's important to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving tech landscape. AI is doing this now and changing the game...again. It may seem intimidating at first, but understanding the technical details of a product can be a game-changer. Being able to communicate effectively with developers, make informed decisions about priorities and timelines taking account the technical side is crucial. Recently I did this by building www.amblr.xyz and I can say after doing this, the experience has given me a deeper understanding of the products I manage. With AI changing the landscape rapidly, do you think it's becoming more important for Product Managers and Leaders to be more technical than before?
