Do we often overcomplicate products beyond user needs?
Take this for instance: users might just want a simple, sync-able todo list. One list, that's it. But now, there's an endless stream of todo apps, each more complex than the last. Honestly, Apple Notes would suffice. What's your take? How can we avoid that?
