Do you use a Second Brain for Knowledge Management?
What system do you prefer? PARA, Zettelkasten, or anything else? I am asking because I am currently updating my Zettelkasten system for Notion, combining it with elements of PARA and Spaced Repetitions
Top 3 no code tools you've tried?
I'm a huge no coder and have tried (what feels like) every single no code tool out there for different things. Keen to know what other no coders are loving these days!
How do you manage product management with Notion?
I work as a technology product manager at Igeneris where we re using Notion mostly as a knowledge manager, but slightly we are implementing more advanced Notion features for project and products we build. I am also a notioneer since 2019 so I could incorporate my experience with overall workspace improvement and with specific topics such as product development. Recently, I built a proven working product management system to help me, the team and stakeholders keep aligned with the product status in real-time with ability to zoom out as well as going into detail. In case you have built a similar tool, I d love to hear your key takeaways and insights. IMHO, I d highlight the following: - Keep a space to documentaci n access. - Create meeting templates to take notes. - Enable spaces for design and engineering. - Track agile items in related datasets (ie. epics > user stories > sub-tasks). - Keep a master database view to curate information and create all types of view. - Create a checkbox type in child-data to capture progress with simple formulas. - Onboard the team to make the workspace theirs. What about your experience? I d love to hear.
