What's your biggest gripes with using project management tools to communicate with clients?
A lot of project management tools allow you to invite in your clients to communicate and manage tasks with them - but it's not always smooth sailing since they often aren't built with this as a primary mode of working. If you manage projects with clients, how do you find communicating with them? What's the biggest pain points?
Which soft skill do you think is the most essential for career growth?
I believe soft skills make people superheroes. Which one is the most important do you think? Adaptability to change? Emotional intelligence? Growth mindset? Critical thinking? Positive attitude? The list is going on and on... What is the superpower that is the one?
