How do you plan your day?
I believe that it's important to remember that we only have 24 hours in a day, and essential to use this time wisely by planning and organizing our activities. What are you doing to plan your day? Do you use any tool or follow specific methodologies?
How much do meetings get in the way of your maker/productive time?
This year I am committing to better-protecting blocks of focused work time, which in the past have been chipped away by meetings. How do you balance maker time with important meetings and conversations?
