Include calendly links in sales outreach: YAY or Nay?

E.g.: - Yay. Using Calendly in a typeform to make it easier for people to talk to me if they have a request - Nay. Avoiding Calendly when talking to investors (avoid power move) OR when doing candidate interviews (not a great candidate experience IMHO) What do you think?
