What are some of the challenges you have when developing your project? For example - It takes too long to develop. - I can't think of any ideas. - I don't have anyone to give me feedback etc Share your challenges
How do you build a virtual community?
We are preparing our product launch and I am a bit of a newbie when it comes to building a virtual community. Do you know the problem? A few questions: - Which channels do you use? (Twitter, PH, ...) - How many channels? - How do you attract followers? - Are there cool tricks and methods? - How many followers should you have in the different channels at least? Or if you have different things to say, please tell me.
As a freelancer/entrepreneur how are you structuring your workweek?
The standard workweek is mon-fri, 8 hours a day. When you're free to create your own schedule how are you dealing with it? Do you still work 40 hours a week? Are your days off Saturday and Sunday or have you changed it? Do you have a consistent schedule? I'm an employee so I don't have as much freedom to experiment as I'd like, but I'm starting to think that working 8 hours straight at the same job is not that much more productive than 6 hours a day. At some point I'm just way less focused and able to perform.
