Do you feel pain to set up online meetings?
We are startups, we don't have fancy meeting rooms, neither do we have thousand dollar conference devices. But we use Zoom and Teams meetings every day. What do we do? We use laptop, speakerphone, USB adaptor, HDMI TV, and every meeting we just need to set these up. It is painful like this video: https://youtu.be/sSHY-k_bB5o Do you feel the same pain?
What devices do you need to organize a high quality meeting?
As a co-founder, very often I need to organize a meeting with colleagues in the office meeting room and the other hybrid workers online via Zoom or Teams. To make sure the meeting is high quality and efficient, below is the device list I need: 1. MacBook M1 to connect to Zoom or Teams 2. Type-C hub with a HDMI interface to project the topics on a big screen to make sure everyone is aligned and focused on 3. A speakerphone with good quality to let everyone in the meeting room can be heard clearly by others on the internet What is yours or any recommendation?
