ChatGPT for customer services
Is anyone interested in ChatGPT for customer services? I took a look existing products in the market, which are not good enough - people still need to answers a lot of customers' questions by themselves rather than having bot to do most of work. I think one reason is that most of them are there before Generative AI revolution. We building a new product and trying to solve the issue with Generative AI from the first day.
