🛠 Has anyone built a production app with bolt.new?

I ve been playing around with it, and it s wild how fast it spins up a full-stack app from a prompt. But I m wondering:

  • How well does it generate code for real-world use?

  • Any prompting tips to get better results?

  • How does it compare to others like Lovable?

Also, do you think tools like Bolt (full app generation) are the future, or will the Cursor-style coding assistant approach win out?

Would love to hear from anyone who's pushed this beyond a test project!

Which AI product do you use most frequently?

Which category of AI products do you use most frequently in your daily routine? Are there any AI products that you tried but eventually stopped using, and what were the reasons? Personally, I've experimented with numerous AI products recently, and some of them are truly impressive. However, the only ones I've consistently used are AI search products like ChatGPT and DeepSeek. The others were abandoned because they failed to deliver unexpected value, and the switching costs were relatively high.

New forum guidelines

The Product hunt community is amazing, and I know there's lots of knowledge to share. I want to make the forums the most vibrant forums for product builders on the internet! To that end we've re-designed forums, defined sub-forums, and introduced product-specific forums, and we've drafted new guidelines to keep the discussions vibrant, authentic, and genuinely useful. The new guidelines are here - https://help.producthunt.com/en/... - you can read them in full, but here's my summary: When posting a new forum thread, ask yourself:

1) Is this a genuine question I have that I want the community to answer? 2) Is this an insight that will be helpful to other builders and product geeks?
