Managing money is important, but managing time is even more important. 5 Today's work is done today. Tomorrow is not the same as the next day. 6 Have a good habit of keeping accounts. If you have control over your finances, you can control your life. 7. Have a hobby. Life has to be worthwhile, starting with a hobby. 8. Learn to be alone. When you are alone, you can really think and think in order to get something out of it. 9. Talk less and listen more. Be careful what you say and do, so that you don't get into trouble and everything goes well. 10. Keep reading. It is always a good idea to read more.

This is a question & dilemma I m constantly faced with when building new systems & creating apps. Let s take real estate as an example, will there be a day when realtors are a thing of the past & homeowners transact directly with the buyers? Is human interaction a necessary component when negotiating or mitigating, or outright communicating? I would love to hear what the PH community s thoughts are and predictions are for the future and any insights on the inevitable of AI & human-like technology.
