Over the past month we ve been rolling out features to a set of beta users and think it s about time to go live. We're tackling the big problem of product photography - most sellers can't afford brand studios or professional photographers, and image technology and computer vision has gotten good enough of late that we believe it's possible to replicate the full photo studio experience directly in the browser. This means realistic lighting, shadows, background removal, and generative textures - without modifying any of the original product.
