Today, we launched WorkSaga on Product Hunt. What should ve been an exciting day turned frustrating due to PH s broken voting system: Actual upvotes: 195+ (showing on https://www.producthunt.com/p/wo...) Upvotes showing: 95 (showing on https://www.producthunt.com/post...) 50% of genuine votes discarded Real users flagged as "suspicious," rankings frozen, and support sending canned responses while vote-bought posts sail through. We've declined vote-buying services, built real community support, and are being penalised for it.

Today we launched WorkSaga on PH. What started as an exciting day has turned into a frustrating experience due to PH's broken voting system: Our actual upvotes: 185+ What PH shows publicly: 91 Nearly 50% of legitimate votes are being discarded. My whole team personally challenge each single upvote and comment. Ranking frozen despite continuous new votes. Support responding with canned responses Feeling like an idiot to ask for support from community members when PH is flagging all the support.

I understand that ProductHunt automatically notifies subscribers when a product launches, but I'm curious about whether there's a way for makers to personally connect with people who've subscribed to their upcoming launch. As makers, we put a lot of effort into building our subscriber base for a successful launch, and while the automatic notifications are great, I believe personal outreach could help build stronger connections and engagement. Does anyone know: - If we can see who our subscribers are? - If there's a way to communicate with them directly? - If this is even allowed within ProductHunt's guidelines? Would love to hear from experienced makers who've successfully managed their pre-launch subscriber relationships or from anyone who knows ProductHunt's stance on this.
