Is launching an MVP on Product Hunt a good move to get an idea of product-market fit?

Hi everyone! I recently got the idea to launch some of my projects on Product Hunt because I think some people may find them helpful in their everyday life. However, as I put more thought into it, I am conflicted on whether I should invest more time in my projects so they feel more complete or just launch MVPs to get a taste from the community of what can be improved upon. I look forward to hearing everyone's opinions!

What are some guaranteed ways to grow an audience?

As I m building out my product, it has dawned on me that I m going to need an audience to show my product off to (aside from producthunt). Of course, there s social media and the obvious methods, but I would love to hear everyone s opinions. Thanks!

Securing junior positions

I graduated college nearly a whole year ago with a degree in computer science. I spent 6 months endlessly applying and interviewing for junior/entry-level positions. I feel like I performed really well every time but, nonetheless, always get rejected. In fact, one company had the time and energy to email me to call them just so they can reject me over a phone call. Brilliant. Although I can't really blame them because I never had prior real-world experience and nowadays junior/entry-level positions require 1-2 years of experience. While I admit I am not always the ideal candidate for the companies I interviewed at, I can't help but consider how unfair the current hiring process is. I know many extremely talented people that are in the same situation as I am. It made me realize that there is a sea of talent that never get the chance to shine. I decided to tackle this issue and do my best to allow all these talented people to be able to shine. Currently, my idea is a simple platform strictly populated with new grads from college or boot camps that allow hirers (from small startups to large companies) to filter by skill and browse for their ideal candidate. However, I am conflicted by the fear that hirers would rather be drawn to hiring seniors or people with industry experience rather than the people on the platform (bringing us back to square one). I would love to hear everyone's opinions on this. Thanks!
