I've been working in remote teams long before the pandemic hit. I've always been fascinated by how you build remote teams (both from the tools side and the human side of things). Curious what you do to keep your team engaged and productive in the pandemic period where remote became the norm

More companies are permanently adopting remote work, and it seems like this will continue even after we're over the whole Pandemic. Let's try to be very honest and subjective in answering. Most people are biased when asked this question depending on their affinity to working remotely. Also, it would be nice to discuss in the comments what affected your performance to increase/decrease.

Hi everyone! I've been working for the last three months to start my own SaaS business and finally, I made it. Just started to form a team and we're 4 now and we do not expect to grow more than 10 people for the upcoming 6-12 months. It was easy to manage everything until now with WhatsApp groups but I need a team management tool to get everything more organized. I checked a couple of tools but they seem pretty much the same. So do you have any suggestions on which tool to use? Any suggestion or comment is welcomed. Thanks in advance!
